Current Scope C4C Support of Service
To support the activities below in the SAP C4C system for one of the clients based out of Europe
Supporting Client:
Europe headquartered Multinational steel Manufacturing Corporation having sales office and manufacturing units all over the globe. Providing L2 and L3 support for 500+ users.
List of activities:
- Support any basic user requests, address any issues, troubleshoot, provide access to users, and help with any minor enhancements.
- Quarterly new release upgrade and maintenance work will be handled in every quarter.
- Any ticket which would need C4C Technical skills or CPI for investigation would be supported by my consultants from my network.
- New business user training will be handled as and when it comes up.
- A weekly status tracker will be submitted as required
